Tuna Tabbouleh Wraps filled with creamy tuna salad and refreshing store-bought or homemade tabbouleh. Easy, delicious, and the perfect healthy desk lunch!

Shopping List
- 1 large spinach or regular tortilla wrap of choice
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in olive oil
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup tabbouleh (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (Note 1)
- 2 pepperoncini, sliced (adjust to spice preference)
Instructions
- Step 1: Drain the oil-packed tuna and place in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mash everything together with a fork until creamy.
- Step 2: Spread each wrap down the center with the tuna salad. Spoon the tabbouleh evenly over the tuna and arrange some pepperoncini slices over the top.
- Serve: Fold in the ends of the wrap and roll them up nice and tightly. Slice in half and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: Not into mayonnaise? Substitute with an equal amount of runny tahini.
