Bell Pepper Chimichurri

A delicious alternative to traditional chimichurri sauce made with parsley, bell pepper, olive oil, and white wine vinegar. This herb sauce is so good spooned over steak, fish, or beans.

Shopping List
- 33333333/100000000 cup parsley, finely chopped (about 1/2 bunch)
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1/4 bell pepper)
- 2 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Stir together all ingredients in a small airtight bowl until combined to a thick paste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve: This sauce is amazing on Steak, fish, and roasted vegetables.
