  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1/4 bell pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
