Easy Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Any easy, 5-ingredient (or 4-ingredient) gluten-free flour blend for substituting traditional all-purpose flour. Nut-free and no xanthan gum required. This will make a little over 2.75 cups of flour blend.

Shopping List
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 66666667/100000000 cup sorghum flour (we use this one)
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 33333333/100000000 cup tapioca starch
- 33333333/100000000 cup white rice flour
Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk together all ingredients and store in a cool, dry place.
- Serve: In general, use this flour blend in place of traditional flour in a 1:1 ratio. It excels with Scuffins, Strawberry Cupcakes, and Hummingbird Cake.
