Sesame Tuna Salad

This Sesame Tuna Salad is super healthy, tasty, and quick. Made with mayo, sesame oil, lime juice, and sriracha. Enjoy in salads, sandwiches, or tucked into a nori wrap with sliced cucumber and avocado for an easy meal.

- 1 (4.5 ounce) can tuna, packed in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 scallion, diced (white and light green parts only)
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Drain the tuna and transfer it into a small mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil, lime juice, sriracha, scallion, and a pinch of salt. Mash everything together with a fork. For a creamier tuna salad, add a little more mayonnaise and sesame oil.
- Serve: Enjoy on top of a leafy salad with miso dressing, in a sandwich, or rolled into a sheet of nori seaweed like a hand roll.
