- 1/2 ounce dried wakame seaweed (Note 1)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tamari (or coconut aminos + pinch of salt)
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- Serve: Enjoy now or marinate in the refrigerator for several hours for more flavor. This is great in Detox Steamed Macro Bowl or Avocado Roll Salad.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: Arame and/or hijiki seaweed varieties are also great in this, use any combination you prefer.
