This sesame vinaigrette is so easy to make and adds a hint of Asian-inspired flavor to any salad or veggie recipe. Fresh lime juice brightens robust sesame oil and tamari, while the maple syrup brings a bit of welcome sweetness.

- 3 tablespoons safflower oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in an airtight container and shake or stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve: Shake before using and drizzle over salads and grain bowls. This is great with Vietnamese-Style Noodle Salad.
