White Bean Dip with Miso

This healthy white bean dip is creamy, delicious, and easy-to-make. The hint of miso and almond butter adds a pop of nutty flavor alongside the richness of the olive oil. Spread over a mushroom and tomato topped toast for a fantastic light meal.

Shopping List
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed (such as cannellini or butter beans)
- 33333333/100000000 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon white miso paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until super creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Serve: Enjoy on toast, in sandwiches, or dollop alongside grains and salads. Leftovers freeze very well.
