Turkey and Basil Wrap

Turkey and Basil Wraps — loaded with sliced turkey, basil, cucumber, avocado, and a smear of herbed cream cheese! Healthy, delicious, and quick.

Shopping List
- 1 tortilla wrap(s) of choice
- 2 1/2 ounces sliced turkey or chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 handful arugula or spinach
- 1 handful basil leaves
- herbed cream cheese, to taste (dairy or non-dairy, Note 1)
- cucumber slices, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Spread one half of the wrap with the cream cheese. Arrange the turkey slices over the cream cheese. Top with cucumber, avocado, basil, and arugula.
- Serve: Fold in the ends of the tortilla and roll them up nice and tightly. For the bagel option, simply layer the ingredients and slice it in half. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: To make a quick herbed cream cheese, add 1/2 tablespoon of dried dill for every 2 tablespoons of plain cream cheese. This is also great with non-dairy Boursin cheese (available at Trader Joe's).
