- 1 cup frozen berries (such as blueberry, strawberry, or a blend)
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 frozen banana, diced
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 tablespoon EACH chia seed + flax seed + hemp seed
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
