- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
Instructions
