Spinach and Oat Smoothie

The best basic, creamy green smoothie with oats, banana, chia seed, and a bit of peanut butter.

Shopping List
- 1 frozen banana, diced
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 3/4 to 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve: Sip and enjoy.
