For the Balls
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/2 cup smooth, runny almond butter
- 1/4 cup plant-based protein powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon For the Cinnamon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all of the bliss ball ingredients, except the cinnamon sugar coating ingredients, to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Step 2: Use your hands to roll the dough into small balls.
- Step 3: Stir together the cinnamon sugar ingredients in a small bowl. Roll the bliss balls in the cinnamon sugar blend to cover on all sides. Store the bliss balls in the freezer.
- Serve: Remove the bliss balls from the freezer 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
