Roasted Broccolini

Shopping List
  • 8 ounces broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and red pepper flakes, to taste
  • lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Step 2: If the broccolini are very thick, slice them in half lengthwise until each stalk is about the width of a pinky finger. Spread the broccolini on a baking sheet and toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Serve: Enjoy with a little squeeze of optional lemon juice and/or olive oil on top.
