Shopping List
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek or non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Peel and slice the bananas into coins. Place the banana slices in a sealable bag and freeze overnight.
  2. Step 2: Place the frozen banana, raspberries, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth. Stir in the cacao nibs.
  3. Serve: Enjoy now as soft-serve or pour the sorbet into a freezable airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours. Let the hardened sorbet sit on the counter for 5 to 10 minutes before serving to soften.
