This Pumpkin Spice Bliss Ball recipe is so easy to make, healthy-ish, and delicious for fall! No bake and ready in minutes. Inspired by Meet The Source (they're so good).

For the Balls
- 5 tablespoons oat flour (Note 1)
- 3 tablespoon almond flour
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup roasted cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice For Rolling
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all of the ball ingredients, except the topping ingredients, to a food processor. Blend until combined into a thick dough.
- Step 2: Use your hands to roll the dough into 6 balls.
- Step 3: Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar blend to cover on all sides. Store in the freezer.
- Serve: Remove the bliss balls from the freezer 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Note 1: No oat flour? In a pinch, try blending rolled oats into a flour-like consistency in a food processor or high-powered blender. Measure out the amount needed after blending.
