Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

This healthy pumpkin smoothie tastes like a pumpkin pie and is the perfect fall smoothie. Made with canned pumpkin, banana, almond butter, cinnamon and nutmeg, it's perfectly spiced and creamy.

Shopping List
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1/2 banana (Note 1)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: Not into bananas? Substitute the banana with .5 cup of frozen cauliflower and add a little drizzle of maple syrup.
