This healthy pumpkin smoothie tastes like a pumpkin pie and is the perfect fall smoothie. Made with canned pumpkin, banana, almond butter, cinnamon and nutmeg, it's perfectly spiced and creamy.

Shopping List
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 banana (Note 1)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
  2. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Note 1: Not into bananas? Substitute the banana with .5 cup of frozen cauliflower and add a little drizzle of maple syrup.
