Shopping List
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (not steel-cut)
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
  1. Step 1: In a sealable mason jar or bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
  2. Step 2: Transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to thicken.
  3. Serve: Grab a spoon and enjoy your overnight oats chilled or slightly warmed. Top with non-dairy whipped cream or chopped nuts for an extra treat.
