PB&J Green Smoothie

An easy and healthy smoothie recipe for anyone who loves peanut butter and jelly. Made with strawberries, spinach (no, you can't taste it), chia seed, and peanut butter. It's also delicious topped with a bit of granola for added crunch.

Shopping List
- 1 cup frozen strawberries and/or raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 large handful(s) spinach
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (optional, Note 1)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon spriulina powder (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: You could also add a few tablespoons of oats here if you'd like to bulk up the smoothie a bit without needing protein powder.
