Moroccan Marinated Chicken Thighs

This easy, marinated chicken recipe is full of juicy flavor. A Moroccan-inspired blend of spices including cumin, paprika, and allspice coats chicken thighs and infuses the meat while it cooks on the grill or pan. - 1 pound chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (add more if you like it spicy)
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients, except the chicken, in a small bowl until smooth.
- Step 2: Place the chicken in a glass container and pour the spice marinade over the chicken. Toss the chicken so that it is entirely coated in the marinade. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
- Step 3: Preheat a grill or frying pan over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs. Spooning any additional marinade over the top. Grill for about 3 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear.
- Serve: Grab a plate and enjoy.
