    For the Salad
  • 4 ounces spring mix
  • 2 servings protein of choice (such as boiled eggs, chicken, or crispy chickpeas)
  • 1 cup tomatoes (or baby carrots), chopped
  • 1/2 english cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced For the Dressing
  • Bitchin' Sauce, any flavor variety (store-bought or homemade), to taste
  • extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Place the spring mix in a mixing bowl. Toss lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
