Mixed Green Salad with Bitchin' Sauce

An easy and healthy 10-minute salad made with cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, protein of choice, and a dollop of creamy Bitchin' Sauce to mix into every tasty bite.

For the Salad
- 4 ounces spring mix
- 2 servings protein of choice (such as boiled eggs, chicken, or crispy chickpeas)
- 1 cup tomatoes (or baby carrots), chopped
- 1/2 english cucumber, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced For the Dressing
- Bitchin' Sauce, any flavor variety (store-bought or homemade), to taste
- extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the spring mix in a mixing bowl. Toss lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Transfer the salad into bowls and top with the protein of choice, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and a dollop of Bitchin' Sauce . Enjoy.
