Every chewy bite of these bliss balls is loaded with fresh mint flavor and a hint of crunchy chocolate chips. Healthy spirulina algae gives these tasty treats a natural deep green color and extra boost of nutrients.

Shopping List
- 6 tablespoons almond flour
- 5 tablespoons smooth roasted cashew butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons mini vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1/2 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract (not oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor or mixing bowl. Blend until a thick dough is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Step 2: Transfer the dough to a cutting board and roll it into small, ping-pong sized balls with your hands.
- Serve: Store the bliss balls in the freezer (the refrigerator will dry them out). Place the frozen balls on the counter for a few minutes to soften before eating. Enjoy.
