Hummus and Sprout Sandwich

A delicious no-cook veggie sandwich with creamy bean dip, cheese, tomatoes, sprouts, and avocado. Perfect for lunch.

Shopping List
- 2 slices crunchy bread (such as sourdough)
- 1/4 cup white bean dip (or hummus)
- 2 slices provolone cheese or gouda (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 to 3 large tomato slices
- 1 ounce sprouts
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- cucumber and/or red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Step 1: Spread the dip evenly over both of the bread slices. Top the bottom slice of bread with the tomatoes, cheese slices, optional cucumbers or red onion, sliced avocado, and sprouts. Place the other bread slice on top to make the sandwich.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy.
