This amazing fresh herb and olive oil sauce is so easy to make and adds great Mediterranean flavor. Drizzle over seafood, meat, vegetables, beans, and/or potatoes.

Shopping List
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon EACH salt and black pepper

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Stir together all ingredients in a jar or small bowl. If making in advance, add the lemon juice before serving.
  2. Serve: Drizzle over seafood, roasted vegetables, potatoes, beans, and/or chicken.
