- 1 1/2 cups oat milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup frozen mango (or peaches)
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter (or 1/4 cup roasted cashews)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth.
- Serve: Pour a glass or enjoy on the go.
