Homemade Lemon Poppy Dressing that's ready in minutes. It's sweet, tangy, and the perfect lightened-up option for tossing into salads like Cherry Kale Salad.

Shopping List
- 7 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (Note 1 for vegan)
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Stir together all ingredients until smooth. It will taste very tart on its own, but will balance out when paired with salads.
- Serve: Refrigerate and enjoy. Shake before using, as the ingredients will naturally settle.

Note 1: Vegan? Try using 5 teaspoons of agave syrup in place of the honey.
