A creamy green goddess salad dressing recipe made with parsley, yogurt, chives, and a hint of tarragon. Unlike the classic version, this recipe requires no anchovies and is delicious as a dip or salad dressing.

- 1 cup packed parsley leaves
- 33333333/100000000 grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt or non-dairy sour cream (or mashed avocado)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 4 large basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon salt
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small blender until creamy. You can also place the ingredients in a wide-mouthed mason jar and blend with an immersion blender.
- Serve: Drizzle over salads or use as a tasty dip or sandwich spread. This is great in Crispy Chicken Salad.
