Easy, no-bake bliss balls that taste like a delicious oatmeal cookie. Only 3 ingredients: granola, dates, and almond butter.

- 1 cup granola of choice (we love Gingerbread Pecan Granola)
- 3 to 6 large pitted medjool dates
- 2 to 3 tablespoons creamy almond butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Add the granola, 3 dates, and 2 tablespoons of almond butter to a food processor and blend until broken down into a crumbly texture. The mixture should stick together when pressed between your finger tips. If it is not sticking, add more dates and almond butter. The exact quantity will depend on your specific granola.
- Step 2: Roll the dough into small balls with your hands. They might feel a little crumbly, but will firm up once frozen.
- Serve: Store in the freezer. Bring to room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to soften.
