Garlic Ginger Sauce

Warm Garlic Ginger Sauce — made with easy ingredients like soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, and scallions. It adds epic salty-sweet umami flavor to everything you drizzle it on.

Shopping List
- 6 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil or grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 heaping tablespoons ginger, chopped
- 2 scallions, chopped (white and light green parts only)
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and scallions. Cook for 1 minute, stirring often.
- Step 2: Add the remaining water, tamari, and sugar to the pan. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced slightly and smells quite fragrant.
- Serve: Enjoy over Roasted Salmon, Air Fryer Tofu, or Mandarin Spinach Salad.
