Shopping List
- 8 ounces ground beef (or 2 veggie burger patties)
- 4 handfuls romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 servings sweet potato fries (frozen store-bought or baked homemade)
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- pickles, red onion, and/or cheese, to taste
- mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and/or burger sauce

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the sweet potato fries according to package directions, baked, or air-fried (Note 1).
- Step 2: Cook the ground beef or burger patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking. Drain any excess liquid and season with salt and pepper. If using cheese, top the cooked patty with cheese until melted.
- Step 3: Divide each bowl evenly with the chopped romaine, cooked beef or burger patty, tomatoes, avocado, and warm sweet potato fries. Garnish each bowl with your preferred fixings: pickles, red onion, and/or cheese.
- Serve: Drizzle your favorite condiments over the top and dig in.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: To make the sweet potatoes in an air fryer, cut 1 large sweet potato into 1/4 inch thin french fry shapes. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and fry the potato pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and for 9 to 10 minutes. Shake the basket occasionally. The fries will be done when they are fork-tender and lightly browned.
