Easy Beef Stir Fry

Easy and delicious ground beef stir fry seasoned simply with onion, carrots, and garlic. Great for meal prep.

Shopping List
- 3/4 pound(s) lean ground beef
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH garlic powder and onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the carrot and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Step 2: Add the beef to the pan and cook for 5 to 7 more minutes, or until no longer pink. Use the side of a spatula to break up the meat into smaller pieces as it cooks.
- Step 3: Drain the released liquid from the meat and place back in the pan over high heat. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Sear the meat for 2 to 3 more minutes, or until nicely browned.
- Serve: Divide the stir fry into bowls. This is great with a side of rice, cauliflower rice, and/or avocado.
