Detox Salad Dressing

A tart and refreshing salad dressing made with only a handful of simple, nourishing ingredients like apple vinegar and fresh ginger. Perfect for drizzling over salads, pilafs, and more.

Shopping List
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped (about 1/4 inch knob)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a wide mason jar and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. You can also whisk this by hand, but be sure to very finely chop the ginger for best results. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Serve: Drizzle over your favorite salads, pilafs, or proteins.
