  • 1 to 2 slices crusty bread (such as sourdough or gluten-free oat bread)
  • 3 ounces fresh lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 large avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (double for ginger lovers)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Toast the bread in a toasted or oven until golden.
