An easy 5-minute smoothie recipe that tastes like a cinnamon snickerdoodle! Made with wholesome ingredients like almond butter, cauliflower, and optional banana. An added scoop of protein powder would be delicious too.

Shopping List
- 3/4 non-dairy milk or yogurt
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1 small banana (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Step 1: Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Add more milk or yogurt to reach your preferred consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
