Shopping List
  • 3/4 non-dairy milk or yogurt
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1 small banana (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Add more milk or yogurt to reach your preferred consistency.
  2. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
