For the Salad
- 4 large celery stalks
- 1 firm pear
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese For the Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar or white balsamic
- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Stir together the vinaigrette in a small bowl or jar. Set aside.
- Step 2: Finely chop the celery and pear.
- Serve: Combine the chopped celery, pear, walnuts, and blue cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss with some of the vinaigrette, to taste. Enjoy.
