- 1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
- 1/2 apple of choice, sliced (gala, green, etc)
- 1/2 cup raw spinach
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk or water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice or milk/water to reach desired consistency.
- Serve: Grab a glass and enjoy.
