  • 1/4 cup greek-style yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon EACH almond butter and hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 handful spinach (optional)

Instructions
