Berry Omega Smoothie

A thick and easy smoothie made with berries, healthy fats, and oats to help power a busy day. Optional boosters of algae oil, flax oil, and/or Vitamin D drops would also be a great addition.

Shopping List
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango, peach, or cherries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 brazil nut
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
- algae oil, flax oil, and/or vitamin D drops (optional boosters, to taste)
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and blender until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
