For the Porridge
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk (such as light coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter For Topping
- peanut butter
- dried mulberries (or substitute with chopped dried apricots)
- hemp seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all of the porridge ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Step 2: Cook, stirring regularly, for 5 to 10 minutes until thickened and soft.
- Serve: Spoon the warm porridge into a bowl and top with more peanut butter, dried mulberries, and a sprinkling of hemp seeds. Enjoy.
