Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (Note 1)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (or use vanilla-flavored protein powder) Mix-Ins (Optional)
- chopped walnuts, pecans, dried cherries, or cacao nibs
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or bowl and stir until well combined. Seal the jar or bowl and then refrigerate for several hours, or overnight for best results.
- Serve: Grab a spoon and enjoy warmed or chilled. Add a little splash of non-dairy milk to loosen if needed.
