Almond and Sriracha Salad Dressing

Thick, creamy and slightly spicy salad dressing made with almond butter, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a bit of honey. Use anywhere you would use a peanut salad dressing.

Shopping List
- 3 tablespoons smooth almond butter
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Serve: Enjoy. This is great tossed with Cashew Celery Salad. Note: This dressing will thicken up a lot once refrigerated. Just loosen it back up with some water or avocado oil.
