- 1/2 cup frozen peach or mango
- 2 dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon smooth almond butter
- 1 cup vanilla non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more or less non-dairy milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve: Pour and enjoy.
