  • 4 Asian-Style Black Bean Burgers or veggie burger of choice
  • 4 buns of choice (or lettuce-wrapped)
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup kimchi, excess liquid drained
  • spicy mayo, to taste
  • sliced tomato, to taste
  • lettuce, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: If using the Asian-Style Black Bean Burger patty recipe, prepare it now.
  2. Step 2: Cook the burgers on a lightly oiled skillet until golden brown and toasted on both sides. Right before it's done cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty.
