Kimchi Black Bean Burgers

- 4 Asian-Style Black Bean Burgers or veggie burger of choice
- 4 buns of choice (or lettuce-wrapped)
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup kimchi, excess liquid drained
- spicy mayo, to taste
- sliced tomato, to taste
- lettuce, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: If using the Asian-Style Black Bean Burger patty recipe, prepare it now.
- Step 2: Cook the burgers on a lightly oiled skillet until golden brown and toasted on both sides. Right before it's done cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty. Cover with a lid and allow the steam to melt the cheese. Add a little splash of water to the pan if more steam is needed.
