Kimchi and Avocado Toast

Meet avocado toast's new best friends, kimchi and (optional) bacon. It's spicy-salty-creamy-crunchy goodness. Plant-based option.

Shopping List
- 2 slices sourdough bread (or fluffy cassava bread)
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 4 slices tempeh bacon (or regular bacon)
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the bacon in a frying pan until warm and crispy.
- Step 2: Meanwhile, toast the bread in a toaster.
- Serve: Use a fork to mash the avocado over the toast. Top with the warm bacon and drained kimchi. Enjoy immediately.
