  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon tapioca starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
  • 1 (4 inch) ramekin (such as these)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Lightly grease the ramekin(s).
  2. Step 2: Stir together all ingredients until smooth. Transfer the batter into the prepared bowl(s).
  3. Step 3: Microwave for 90 seconds (microwave strengths vary, so adjust as needed). Carefully remove from oven and let cool slightly before tipping it out of the bowl.
