Believe it or not, this bread is ready in under 2 minutes, using only 6 simple ingredients. The result is a low carb and grain-free bread, with no eggy texture and a stretchy, fluffy interior. Slice it up and slather it with sweet jam, savory butter, deli slices, or even juicy burgers. I recommend toasting these for some crunch.

- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon tapioca starch
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
- 1 (4 inch) ramekin (such as these)
Instructions
- Step 1: Lightly grease the ramekin(s).
- Step 2: Stir together all ingredients until smooth. Transfer the batter into the prepared bowl(s).
