Super creamy, delicious tahini sauce made with only a handful of simple ingredients. Perfect for macro bowls, roasted veggies, and falafels.

Shopping List
- 2 tablespoons tahini (Note 1)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more water for a thinner consistency.
- Serve: Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use. This is great over Sweet Potato Macro Bowls or Baked Sweet Potato Falafel.
