Strawberry Banana Oat Smoothie

This is a no-fuss smoothie with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Not only do the oats add some heft, but they're also an additional source of fiber and energy to help fill you up without weighing you down.
How To MakeDiet Type: Plant-based
Shopping List
- 1/2 heaping cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 quick-cooking oats (I used gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more or less milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve: Pour and enjoy.
