How do the recommendations work?
We use your feedback to personalize your Bravabod experience. These initial questions build your base profile. We then use your review ratings to figure out patterns in which kinds of meals make you feel best. We keep all of your information anonymous.
Why does Bravabod ask my body shape?
We use your body shape to help give better initial suggestions on meals with macronutrient ratios that many other people with your body type have found to make them feel their best. Every person is diffderent though, so once you start leaving review ratings, we'll use that feedback instead (we get better with time. Just like wine!) All of your information is kept anonymous.
