Chocolate Almond Flour Bliss Balls

These Chocolate Bliss Balls are a super easy and tasty healthy treat! Made with cacao powder, almond flour, almond butter (or peanut), maple syrup, and vanilla. No dates or food processor needed.

Shopping List
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (Note 1)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a rubber spatula. Stir until everything is mixed into a thick dough.
- Step 2: Roll the dough into 12small balls with your hands.
- Serve: Store these bliss balls in the freezer, placing the frozen balls on the counter for a few minutes to soften slightly before eating. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: For a lower-carb alternative, substitute the maple syrup with an equal amount of yacon syrup.
