Roasted Broccolini

A simple roasted broccolini recipe that makes the perfect quick and easy side dish.

- 8 ounces broccolini
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and red pepper flakes, to taste
- lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Step 2: If the broccolini are very thick, slice them in half lengthwise until each stalk is about the width of a pinky finger. Spread the broccolini on a baking sheet and toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve: Enjoy with a little squeeze of optional lemon juice and/or olive oil on top.
