Shopping List
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup greek-style yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon EACH almond butter and hemp seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pitted date
- 1 handful spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy.
